I’m tired. We’ve been rearranging the furniture in my bedroom. I had a small dresser before with only three drawers which really didn’t hold much. So I traded it out for a new-to-me five drawer chest which didn’t seem overly big until we got it in the room. It’s HUGE!!! Of course, it would probably seem even bigger if Mom hadn’t painted it. It was a dark wood to begin with. Now it’s white with three pink drawers (I love pink!) and two lavender drawers.
Now I’m keying in stuff I’ve written in longhand. At one time I had about six or seven legal pads full that I hadn’t keyed in. I’m slowly but surely making a dent in the pile.
I think.
Maybe someday I’ll be finished.
I hope.
Hope springs eternal! Good luck!
Of course, by the time you get that all keyed in, you’ll have written more…

That reminds me of this show I saw on TLC the other day where the woman bought a dresser she was sure would fit in the room then they couldn’t get it inside the house! They ended up having to get a crane and bringing it in through the second-story window! She wasn’t going to give up that dresser….

I have the same stack of legal pads. The only problem is that some of the pages need to be keyed in and half already are. And of course, I’ve forgotten which ones have already been added. But I really like writing longhand sometimes…:useyourhead:
The dresser sounds pretty!

My dh is infamous for buying furniture that is too big. But it always seems to fit. I think the paint job sounds adorable.
I’ve done the long hand thing for my writing. Problem is when I go back to key it in, I can’t read a damn thing. My printing is illegible and I don’t know that I remember how to write in cursive. It was even worse.
I will write queries and syopsis’ long hand, for some reason that works for me.

I often write in long hand too. I thought I was the only one …

Katie, it’s going to take me forever to key all this in, I fear….
Suzanne, well, I guess I should be thankful my chest isn’t that big.
Steph, Rene, & Jill, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who writes in longhand! Misery loves company.
