Geez Louise! It is so freakin’ hot here! 98 degrees at noon! If I lived in Arizona that wouldn’t surprise me–or bother me–nearly so much. But, sheesh, I live in Arkansas, for cryin’ out loud. It’s not just hot, it’s HUMID. Have I mentioned how much I hate humidity?

In other news, I continue to save the world–or at least Southern California–with Zorro. Though I’m getting very close to the end, I think. Then I’m not sure which tapes to convert next. Should I save the world with Emma Peel and John Steed in The Avengers or the Nick Lea episodes of The X-Files. Or I could save the world with Kevin Sorbo in Hercules, or I could try to take over an Old West town with Eric McCormack in Lonesome Dove: the Outlaw Years, or I could start working on the umpteen million shows I taped for research purposes. So much to choose from!

The writing is coming along slowly but surely. :)

I’m currently reading Julie Kenner’s The Givenchy Code. This is a fantastic book! If it weren’t for the fact that it was closing in on 3:30 this morning and I was to the point I couldn’t keep my eyes open no matter how badly I wanted to, I’d have kept reading until I finished it. Great heroine, sexy hero, great action/adventure! I highly recommend it!

  1. I love Nick Lea. He was so hot in “X Files.” You can’t go wrong with Kevin Sorbo. Have you seen “Kull the Conqueror?” He is shirtless 90% of the movie. Quality cinema.
