Did Memphis refuse to take refugees? I didn’t know that.

Suzanne, they took refugees, but they didn’t relax their pet policies which compared to the hotels in Houston just makes the hotels in Memphis look like rude, insensitive jerks. IMO.

What’s even sadder, I heard in a news report on the radio that a lot of hotels are raising prices significantly to take advantage of the situation. Now THOSE are the big losers. I wish I knew which hotels, I’ll never stay ther again.:mad2:

Danica, I know for sure that a Comfort Suites in Houston was doing that. Once the media called them on it, they tried to backpeddle. I hate, loathe and despise price-gougers.

I have been to hotels in Memphis……and guess what…filthy. It was a a pricey one at that….If ya can’t clean up after humans, it is doubtful you can clean after animals.
