That first one’s not just spam… it’s an oxymoron! 
I mean, who ever heard of a bureaucrat who’s devoted to anything??? Except maybe himself (or herself, as the case may be).
As for the second, wouldn’t mist on one’s grille be a bad idea??? Sure wouldn’t get your food cooked very fast that way. Of course, if it’s the front grille of a car, maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. What other kinds of grilles are there? Or grills without the E? 
I swear your spam is way more interesting than mine.
