Okay, so it’s really only two, not a dozen.

The first one says:

Today is a good day for entertaining, VICKI. Enjoy the company of family and friends, and don’t allow yourself to be distracted by gloomy thoughts about work and money. Allow yourself to relax and let others take care of themselves. You enjoy nurturing others and making sure they have a wonderful time, but you need to have a great time as well, so don’t work too hard. Someone may present you with a gift - a token of their love and appreciation.

The only people I want us entertaining are potential house buyers and the best gift right now would be somebody buying the house fast.

The second horoscope says:

You’ve been feeling like something major this way comes, and you’re absolutely right. You may feel like you’ve been stalled or stuck in a rut, but not to worry, because that won’t be the case for long.

Boy, howdy! They sure got the stuck in a rut part right! Hope they’re right about it going away soon.

Who is Clarence, you may ask? He’s a dog in a children’s book I’m reading right now entitled, oddly enough, Clarence Goes to Town. You see, as I get ready to begin the Great Packing Adventure I’m re-reading some old books before they go into a box. The Clarence books are fun reads I bought from the Scholastic Book Club (do they still have that in schools?) when I was kid. Anyway, the books are semi-biographical about the author, Patricia Lauber’s dog Clarence’s adventures in life. They were written in the 1950s, so they have such shocking things as televisions with no remote control or cable/satellite!

Oh… did I forget to mention the house goes on the market tomorrow? Eeek!

Of course, getting ready to move will be a good procrastination tool for writing….. *glances around guiltily* Er, I didn’t say that. It was my evil twin. Really! Would I lie to you?

I watched a special on the History Channel the other night about Harry Houdini that was fascinating. The reason I mention it, it’s being repeated tomorrow night. If you’re a fan of magic and illusion, watch it! He was a really interesting man. (I need a magical smilie…..)

The writing continues. Or, more accurately, the read-through and note-taking.
