Okay, so if I get eight maids a-milking, doesn’t it follow that I’d also get eight cows? Unless they’re milking goats…. Either way, where the heck am I gonna put all these farm animals??? Not to mention housing the people!

Anyhoo….

Happy New Year, everyone!!!

Last night I watched/converted another show I got off BBC America. Or movie, rather. The Student Prince with Robson Green. Very cute romance movie about a prince attending Cambridge University, his bodyguard (Robson Green), and the American woman they both fall in love with.

Got this from StephT and thought I’d use it instead of coming up with my own resolutions.

Your New Year’s Resolutions

1) Get a pet hedgehog

2) Eat more oysters

3) Travel to Costa Rica

4) Study time travel

5) Get in shape with street fighting

What Should Your New Year’s Resoluton Be?

I wouldn’t mind the hedgehog, in fact a character (she’s a wizard) in one of my fantasies has a pet hedgehog. I’m not too keen on oysters, though, so I’ll probably let that one slide. I wonder if I could study time travel in Costa Rica? Kill two birds with one stone…. Hey! I bet I could even learn street fighting there! :boxing: Then I could kill those three French hens with one rock! LOL!

Guess I better start packing for sunny Costa Rica! But then again, maybe I’d better finish packing for the move first.

  1. Happy New Year, Tori. I think I’ll pass on your resolutions other than studying time travel. Sounds like an interesting phenomenon. Have you seen Retroactive? Strange time travel movie.

these were mine. Hmmm, I’ll go with the chocolate syrup, New Zealand might be okay. I’ll pass on the warrior dancing – but the last one? I don’t know if I want to exercise with a naked Yoda – oh, yoga, my bad (snicker, snicker). Happy New Year!

  3. Margery, Retroactive doesn’t ring any bells, so I guess I haven’t seen it. :)

  4. Robson Green? *swoon*
OMG…I absolutely love “Wire in the Blood.” I still have the last season finale on DVR.
He is just the absolutely tortured, intelligent character that I can get behind.
    *drooling slightly*
*blinking* I’m sorry. What were we talking about?

  6. Crystal, oooo! Another Robson Green fan! I’ve loved everything I’ve seen him in. He does do tortured well, doesn’t he?

As for the livestock, I just realized I could probably put them out on my aunt & uncle’s farm. :)
