After two days of thunder, lightning, tornadoes, and flooding the sun has come out and it’s a beautiful day!
Yesterday afternoon and last night I watched two episodes of Mystery! (so now I’m caught up for tonight’s), Three Moons Over Milford (ditto), the second episode of Men in Trees, and Vanished. Today, before the prime time shows start, I may watch Studio 60, NCIS and Standoff.
Needless to say, I’ve started the TV viewing weeding process. Much as I love Amazing Race, I fear it’s on the chopping block this time around. But that’s okay. They won’t be alone as the season progresses.
On the writing front, I didn’t get as much done last night as I would have liked. This idea I had of a way to go turned out to be not such a good idea. The more I wrote, the more I hated it. Plus, it didn’t make any sense and I couldn’t figure out a way to salvage it. So. Tonight, I’m going to wrestle control back out of the corner I painted myself into. (There’s a mixed metaphor for you!)
Yay for the sunshine!

I fear for the shows you don’t watch. Chopping block, indeed.
I’m afraid of watching too much tv for fear of being hooked.
Speaking of corners, I’ve finally turned the corner on my ms I’ve been trying to finish for weeks!
Thank. God.
Don’t stress on the ms. You’ll work it out.
Grins*

Crystal, I’m sure the shows I don’t watch will survive just fine without me.
I was rather hoping Studio 60 wouldn’t be all that good. Guess I should have known better since it’s from Aaron Sorkin. I really liked it. So it stays. For now.
Congrats on turning the writing corner!

So far I have TAR, Studio 60 and The Office as my shows. I want to check out Heroes, too. Oh, and is this the week Eddie Cibrian starts on Vanished?

We were supposed to get walloped yesterday, and the storm wore itself out before it got here, thankfully.
When are you going to watch KIDNAPPED?
