The latest from CNN:

Researchers: Homes Have More TVs Than People
The average American home now has more television sets than people.

Well, I know ours does. There are three people in our house. And four televisions. Before we moved, we had FIVE TVs! :confused68:

Then from MSNBC:

Messages that go ‘poof’ after sending them
A hallmark of “Mission: Impossible” was the message that would self-destruct after a spy played it. Now a startup communications company promises that same level of secrecy with a Web-based messaging system designed to leave no traces.

Our mission should we choose to accept it… :cooldance:

Fairly busy TV night last night. I recorded Mystery!, Three Moons Over Milford (it was their season finale—another short season show), Cold Case and Without a Trace. I watched Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (whenever I feel really poor and sorry for myself, this show proves how really blessed I am) and Angela’s Eyes. I also watched a show on the National Geographic Channel about Noah’s Ark. Research! :)

Tonight, we have another busy night with Deal or No Deal, Studio 60, CSI: Miami, Vanished, Heroes, and Lost (two hours from last season).

And I will get around to watching Kidnapped soon, Devon! I promise. :)

On the writing front, last night I backtracked to the point where it stopped working. It’s MUCH better now. And I added another five pages. :whoo: I’m up to 237 pages!

  1. We balance you out. We have three people and two TVs on one side of our duplex and four people and one TV on the other.

  2. Jean, wow. We couldn’t live like that. None of us likes the same shows. Plus, my parents have this bad habit of TALKING :blah: during shows. Drives me insane.

  3. We are two people and four tv’s. So sad.

Cold Case was good, and Extreme Makeover reminds me of my blessings too - although I wouldn’t turn them down.

    :whoo: on the writing!

  4. Five people, one tv.

    Okay, I love Heroes!

  5. Four people, three TV’s, but one is almost never used (because it doesn’t have TiVo or a VCR/DVD attached, and I never watch anything live). It mostly just sits, and gathers dust.

I TiVo’d “Heroes” and “Studio 60″ last night. Finally watched “Jericho” yesterday, and I’ll keep watching, at least for a little while, though I didn’t LOVE it. Extreme Makeover is TiVo’d and cued up. I’ll watch it when I’m prepared to cry constantly.

Good job on the writing front! :cooldance:
