Ooo, one of today’s horoscopes:
- An opportunity to earn some extra money in a creative way could come to you today from an unexpected and perhaps even previously unknown source. This could come as a total surprise; however, you’re still likely to want to take advantage of it. You could also be the lucky recipient of an unexpected financial windfall. Someone who owes you money could suddenly be in a positive mood to pay you back. This should definitely be a good day money wise!
I like the sound of this! Money, money, money! Yes, I like money. I really, by all rights, ought to be rich. It’s totally unfair that I’m not.
Slow TV night tonight. Just Deal or No Deal, Heroes, and CSI: Miami. Unless the last one is a rerun…. Whoops. I see it is, so I guess I’ll watch something I have recorded. That’s cool.
I watched one of the Sci Fi Investigates episodes over the weekend. They were in Point Pleasant, WV exploring the legend of the Mothman. I was
because the investigators include an archaeologist, a paranormal/UFO dude, a crime scene investigator, and (this is the one that cracks me up) Boston Rob Mariano from Survivor. Now, granted, his fifteen minutes of fame should have expired a long time ago. But he’s SO funny on this show! He’s supposed to be the skeptic. But in the two episodes I’ve seen something always happens to him that freaks him out. *g*
I’m about to print out a fresh copy of the infamous 1920s murder mystery—at last!—so I can get to work on that again. Break time is over.
What? No Cinderella story?
Thanks for the heads up on the Three Investigators books… did you know they were originally copyrighted in 1924
My library has two of them somewhere in the basement. I’m making the librarians go hunt for them…
Happy day for you — hope your horoscope comes true! If it does… feel free to share.

Marianne, well, I do want to work on the Cinderella story, but I’m really hoping to find my notes on that first.
The Three Investigators have been around THAT long?!
Wow. I got my first book of theirs through Scholastic, lo these many years ago, so the copyright date is kind of screwy. I had no clue they’d been around that long, though. I’m totally boggling here! *g*
I think my money got sidetracked because I haven’t seen one red cent!

Oooh, so you finished Stacy’s story? I must have been away when you did. Congratulations! the 1920s murder mystery sounds terrific.

Oh, that sci fi show sounds like something I should check out. Rob always made me laugh on Survivor and TAR.
What did you think of Heroes?
