That horrible wildfire outside Palm Springs that killed four firefighters turns out to be arson. I hope they catch the bastard(s) responsible and charge them with murder on top of the arson.
Did you see the news coverage of the blizzard in Colorado? Wow! Part of me wishes I was there. I love the mountains and snow in the mountains. Yeah, I know it’s cold, but if I’m going to be cold anyway, I’d rather be cold with snow than all this icky rain!
Now some comments about last night’s Survivor. 
It was mostly a recap show, but they did have a fair amount of new scenes to show. What had me cracking up was one of the African-American chicks saying something to the effect of, “We’re all city kids. Except for one who’s from the South.” Huh? Yeah, because we all know there are no cities in the South. Hello? Atlanta ring any bells? How about Nashville? Memphis? New Orleans? 
Anyway. I thought it was extremely clever of Yul to destroy all evidence of his finding the Immunity Idol on Exile Island.
Tonight’s TV viewing/recording includes Ghost Whisperer, 1 vs 100, Doctor Who, Men in Trees, Las Vegas (which I may give a pass), Battlestar Galactica, and Numb3rs. I thought Vanished was going to be on tonight, but I guess the World Series game getting rained out the other night has things backed up because they’re playing tonight.
It rained yesterday. It rained last night. It’s raining today. Supposed to rain tomorrow. Quack, quack. Enough already! Last night’s World Series game got rained out because they’re getting the same rain. Well, not the EXACT same rain, but the same weather system. You know what I mean.
Now for some thoughts on Lost. So, there’s a “prison” island in addition to the “main” island. What I found curious is you can’t see Prison Island from the main island. Of course, this may have something to do with why you have to have certain coordinates to escape from the main island. Maybe it’s got some kind of “cloaking” field around it. And the Others have a submarine! Then there’s the question of why would they need a fertility doctor but not any other kind of doctor. What’s up with that? 
Tonight, I’ll be watching & recording Survivor, Smallville, CSI, and Deal or No Deal.
No writing last night. I have been making new notes on the Cinderella story idea I had awhile back. But I really wish I could find the notes I made before we moved. *sigh*
Of course, I didn’t see the actual game since I was busy saving the world with Doctor Who, answering trivia questions and watching Las Vegas. But that’s not the point. The point is the Cardinals beat the socks off the Detroit Tigers!
