I’m not quite sure what Boxing Day is, but it’s celebrated in the United Kingdom and Canada on the day after Christmas. Of course, I don’t live either place, but what the heck. :)

It’s pretty quiet around the ‘Net and Blogosphere which isn’t surprising during the holidays, I guess. Not much on TV tonight either. Which is a good thing, I guess, since we’re having company. Then again, I’m not having one of my better days, so I may end up calling it an early night and go hide. I’ve always got stuff recorded I can watch. Plus the DVDs I got for Christmas! Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and the first season of Remington Steele! Fun!!!

Need to start working on my writing goals for 2007. :confused68: Ack!

  1. Cool beans! With my Christmas gifts I now have all 5 seasons of Remington Steele. Woohoo! Now if I only had time to watch them.

  2. I remember Remington Steele!! I got the 2nd Season of House, but I traded it for the 1st Season of Bones, (because the 4th season of House is ticking me off)! Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. Hope everything is better tomorrow.

  4. “Boxing Day” is when people boxed up their hand-me down clothes once they got new ones for Christmas and took them to those less fortunate — instead of charity shops, in the 19th century, people visited actual needy families one-on-one.

Of course, as I said on my blog, for years I thought it was “Booksing Day” to read the new books — and that’s kind of how I keep it.
