Since it’s Friday and I wanted to borrow Colleen’s Thursday 13 for today, I guess I’ll do Friday 14 or some such.
So, without further ado, here are 14 Things I’ve Researched for My Books:
- 1. Archaeological anomalies (and there are a lot more of them than you’d think!)
- 2. Fashion from the 1920s
- 3. Greek mythology
- 4. King Arthur and the Knighs of the Round Table
- 5. The Knights Templar and all the legends surrounding them
- 6. Cajun French (the language, I mean)
- 7. What happens to a person going through detox
- 8. Gunshot wounds
- 9. The movie industry in 1920s Hollywood
- 10. The legend of Prester John
- 11. The British Empire and peerage
- 12. Slang (1920s, British, Civil War, etc.)
- 13. Spies and law enforcement
- 14. Planes, trains, and automobiles… oh, and yachts, too
Well, it’s Friday. Very busy night on TV. Ghost Whisperer, Numbers, Las Vegas, Psych, and three episodes of Special Unit 2.
Wrote a couple of sentences of notes on the Everything But the Kitchen Sink Book last night.
Tori, interesting list. Oh, the things one has to do for research!

Thanks, guys! I probably could have kept going and going, but I thought 14 was a good stopping point.

Love the list, all are things I have an interest in! Well, except for the Prester John one. I’m going to have to look that one up!!
Good luck with the current ‘work’.
