One of my favorite Sunday Night Mystery Movies back in the ’70s was Banacek. He was played by the rather sexy (then, at least, to my teenaged mind) George Peppard. Banacek was a single, rich Boston insurance investigator who drove a vintage Packard and went rowing frequently on the Charles River. I had a serious crush on him. And now the first season is out on DVD!

Well, I can’t argue with that. I do love pink. But I think pink hair would be better suited to someone younger than me.

Tonight on TV, we have two episodes of Tru Calling, a new episode of Eureka 
and a new episode of Pirate Master.
I only managed to eke out about half a page last night on the Kitchen Sink Book. Oh well. Today’s another day.
Reading: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows of course! I’m not quite halfway through it. Maybe I can finish it tonight if I can sneak a chapter or two in this afternoon….

Huh, it said I should have white hair. Classy, Stylish and elegant. Hmmm, okay.
Chris is still reading HP7, he doesn’t get to read very much every day, so it’s taking a while.

Hey, you liked Banacek? I love that show. You couldn’t tell Banacek he wasn’t God’s gift to women. I also liked Felix his limo driver.

OMG Banacek! I loved him. Loved the ascot.
