Still on pokey old dial-up.
Good Torchwood last night. I just love Jack to bits. And he’s still doing double duty by being on Doctor Who, as well.
Tonight isn’t very busy. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition returns.
And Cold Case which will probably come on late because of football. *heavy dramatic sigh* Have I ever mentioned how little I care about football?
Eked out another half page which I suppose is better than nothing.
Reading: Unlucky by Jana DeLeon. This a fabulous, funny romance mystery! Go forth and buy it!
I am currently stuck back in the Dial-Up Dark Ages. Need I say how much I hate it? I thought not. My neighbor’s high speed is down and I can’t install mine because the installation disk is damaged. So I have to get a new one. What a pain.
Last night’s TV. Numbers. I am SOOO glad Colby turned out to be a good guy, after all! But, Lord have mercy! What the heck happened to Val Kilmer??? He used to be pretty sexy. Now? Beached whale wouldn’t be far off the mark. Moonlight. I really enjoyed this! I will definitely keep watching it.
Tonight, it’s another episode of Torchwood.
I only wrote half a page last night. I have GOT to figure out where I’m going.
Reading: The Crusading Wizard by Christopher Stasheff. However, I got my prize pack from the Killer Fiction ladies in today’s mail, so I may read something new tonight instead.
Here’s a fun quiz:
The Disney Heroine Quiz

You are Ariel. Ariel is the epitome of teenage curiosity. Your favorite thing to do is to take your best friend on small yet grand adventures, to places most would consider trivial. You could sit on your porch and find something wonderful. It would only be a rock to someone else, but to you it could be the crystal the Atlanteans used to fight the Celts. Your interests probably go toward the mysteries of ancient cultures. You would do well as an archaeologist. Although Ariel’s only passion during the movie was to marry Eric, her mind was deep and sharp. You, too, have a thirst for that which you cannot have.

So, who’s up for a small but grand adventure?
Okay, kids, CSI spoilers ahead! You have been warned!
*heavy sigh* Sara didn’t die. The only thing that relieves my mind is this article on TV Guide‘s website. I just hope it’s true!
Then there’s Survivor: China. Well, if I’d been voting, I’d have gotten rid of Dave the Former Model. He’s arrogant and patronizing and I just don’t like him. I had to laugh, though, when Ashley the Wrestler Girl said she didn’t want to come across as a crazy woman and look like a fool. The first thought that popped into my head was, “Too late, those lip rings already did that for you.”
On Smallville, I was greatly relieved that Chloe didn’t die. Whew! We know who rescued Lex (though I’m not at all sure why). But we have yet to find out what happened to Lionel. And Lana looks really dumb as a blonde. *g*
Tonight is a super busy night. Ghost Whisperer, Deal or No Deal, Moonlight (the new vampire show that Veronica Mars alum Jason Dohring is in), Las Vegas, Numbers, Doctor Who, Flash Gordon, and Stargate: Atlantis. Whew! The Sci Fi Channel shows will have to be recorded because I can’t watch satellite and record cable at the same time. Fortunately, they repeat later the same night.
Wrote a page and a half last night and then read some more on the old story.
