*grumble* CBS advertised a new episode of NCIS for last night. The TV listings said it was it was a new episode. So what did they air? The first flippin’ episode of the season. Bastards.
I don’t know what’s up with them. Tonight, I thought we were supposed to have a new Criminal Minds, but the TV listings say they’re showing Christmas speicals. CBS’s website says it’s a repeat CI. But they do both agree we get a new CSI: New York. So that’s something.
And, it’s Weird News Wednesday!

Christmas Card Arrives 93 Years Late
A postcard featuring a color drawing of Santa Claus and a young girl was mailed in 1914, but its journey was slower than Christmas. It just arrived in northwest Kansas.
And I thought our mail service was bad!
Reading: I’m about 1/3 of the way through 1634: The Galileo Affair. I’m starting to wish I’d re-read 1633 beforehand because I’m having trouble keeping track of who’s who. The series has a cast of thousands.
I may have to create my own scorecard!
NCIS… GRRR…. I was all amped about it and then… PFFT.

Last night I watched the finale of the Everest Show on the Discovery Channel while writing Christmas Cards. None of the Christmas shows on appealed to me and I’d already watched Christmas in Connecticut via On Demand.

I was all excited to see a new NCIS (since Bones was a repeat) and it wasn’t! Boo CBS! I ended up watching something I can’t even remember. How sad is that? *g*
I saw that news story about the card, they said it was in perfect condition for it’s age. You have to wonder where it’s been all these years.
Have a wonderful evening and enjoy your book, even without a scorecard! *G*

My TV listing says both Criminal Mind and CSI: NY are new episodes. I cant’ wait to tune in at 9 to see if it’s a new one.
I heard about the Christmas card story.
