I’ve become hooked on 1960s-era TV game shows. GSN (aka the Game Show Network) has been showing the original What’s My Line and I’ve Got a Secret in the wee small hours of the morning. I love them!!! They’re hysterically funny and all without being scripted!
I see the Golden Globes have been cancelled.
Bet the studios never thought that would happen! But the Screen Actors Guild is staunchly behind the Writers Guild and won’t cross the picket line. Good for them, I say!
In other strike news, however, United Artists has made a tentative deal with the WGA. Now it’s time for the other studios to jump on the bandwagon and quit acting like a bunch of greedy cry babies. *g*
Got in one page on the murder mystery last night. I’m still not much further along on the storyline, however. I hope I get back in the groove tonight.
NCIS is new tonight. What a concept! I wonder if it’s the episode that was supposed to be on several weeks ago?
Reading: I’m still reading Mrs. Jeffries Sweeps the Chimney by Emily Brightwell. One of these days I need to get back to the library. They’ve probably forgotten what I look like.

If any studio would be the groundbreaker it would be United Artists. Steps in the right direction.

Let’s hope all the studios follow suit. It’s time to get Hollywood back to work! I’ll miss watching the Golden Globes though. That’s the fun award show because the people seem more real (and sometimes tipsy!)

I hope this is a start for future talks. I haven’t heard anything lately about them talking.
Yeah, a new NCIS..I can’t wait.

I figured that the Golden Globes would be cancelled. And rightly so!
YAY! A new NCIS!
Good job writing last night.
Ah, the library, I love to stalk mine. *g*
Have a good evening!

I must have slept through yesterday… how did I miss your blog??? My guilty game show pleasures are “Match Game” and the original “Family Feud”.
