Suzanne Pleshette, the actress who played Bob Newhart’s wife for many years on The Bob Newhart Show has died from respiratory failure. She was 70.
Another actor who has died is Allan Melvin. Who is Allan Melvin, you ask? He played Sam the Butcher on The Brady Bunch. He was 84.
Today is also the birthday of hottie Lorenzo Lamas. Can you believe he’s 50?!?!

Last night’s The Good Witch was really cute. I liked it a lot. Haven’t seen Husband for Hire yet. Tonight, it’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Masterpiece Theatre (I’m still being stubborn about its name 
) which is doing Jane Austen’s Northanger Abbey.
No writing last night since it was my day off.
Reading: I’m still reading Corpse Diplomatique by Delano Ames.

I sort of remember Lorenzo Lamas. Didn’t he star in Falcon Crest or something like that? I also DO remember Suzanne and Sam the Butcher. (Gotta love sindication of shows on late night tv.)
