I absolutely loved, loved, LOVED seeing Def Leppard on Dancing with the Stars last night. They were aweseome!!! :rocker: But, my goodness, some of them haven’t aged very well, have they? Joe Elliott used to have this tall, slender track & field physique. No more. Rick Allen, Rick Savage, and Phil Collen still looked pretty good, though. Speaking of Rick Allen, I always had a lot of respect for the band when they stood behind him & didn’t replace him as drummer after he lost his left arm in that car wreck.

But the part of the show that had me wanting to dance myself was the long-awaited ousting of Shannon Elizabeth. Finally!!!

Tonight, it’s Deal or No Deal, Ghost Hunters, Criminal Minds, MythBusters, CSI: NY, and UFO Hunters. Whew!

Speaking of the CSI franchise, I heard yesterday that not only has Gary Dourdan left the show, he was charged yesterday in Palm Springs with possession of heroin, cocaine, and a bunch of prescription drugs (that apparently weren’t his). Oops.

Got in another page last night. :whoo:

Reading: I’m now reading Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris which is the first of the Sookie Stackhouse books.

My life is so dull. I live in Dullsville. I am the Queen of Dullsville. Dull, dull, dull. Of course, I suppose that’s better than some of the possible alternatives….. But still. I wish I had some baby chicks like Suzanne. That would be fun!

I have a new favorite song. Taylor Swift’s new hit Picture to Burn. It’s a great Girl Power song. :)

And now it’s time for the Dancing with the Stars report!

Hey, if you have an interest in British politics or the aristocracy, check out Lords of the Blog. It’s the semi-official blog of the House of Lords. Very cool!

Has anyone seen the new commercials for American Family Insurance? They’re using classic TV shows. So far, I’ve seen one for The Munsters and Green Acres. They’re pretty funny.

Tonight on TV, we have Bones, Dancing with the Stars, Deal or No Deal, CSI: Miami, Cities of the Underworld and another Hart to Hart movie. Fun night!

My hand is still bugging me, but I’m either getting used to it or it’s getting slightly better. I’m not sure which. *g*

I wrote another page last night. It’s a scene for the end of the book where we meet one of the characters from a future book in the series. Provided the series ever gets written.

Reading: I’d Rather Be in Philadelphia by Gillian Roberts.
