Happy Earth Day! So, what are you doing to save the planet?

First up today, your weekly Dancing with the Stars report.

Cristian de le Fuente & Cheryl - They danced the foxtrot this week and did a phenomenal job! I even voted for him this week for the first time. They scored 27/30.
Shannon Elizabeth & Derek - They danced the rumba. It was less than good. I think it’s time for her to go home. They scored 24/30.
Jason Taylor & Edyta - They danced the cha cha this week and did a great job, IMO! But heavens to Betsy, if her dress had been any shorter she’d have been naked from the waist down! They scored 24/30.
Marissa Jaret Winokur & Tony - They danced the Viennese waltz this week and it was just lovely. The same could not be said of her dress. UGLY. Somebody slap the designer. :slap: They scored 26/30.
Marlee Matlin & Fabian - They danced the mambo this week which I think is my favorite dance. Unfortunately for poor Marlee, it just didn’t work. It’s still amazing that she can dance at all considering, but I fear she may go home this week. I hope not, though. She’s such an inspiration. They scored 21/30.
Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark - They danced the jive this week. In one word, it was perfection. Okay, and it totally rocked, too. They scored 30/30. The first perfect score of the season.
Mario & Karina - They danced the rumba this week. And it was hot, hot, HOT!!! They got docked for a lift which I didn’t even notice. I’d never heard of this guy before but I’m really liking him. The world needs more young men like him. They scored 28/30.

Riverdance is going to be on tonight’s result show. :whoo: And Def Leppard will be next week’s musical guest. :cheer:

Also on tonight is NCIS. So I guess I’ll also watch something I’ve got recorded.

So, this staying off the computer as much as possible to help my hands? Doesn’t seem to be doing a darn thing except annoying me. *sigh*

I think I’ve got the ending of the fantasy plotted out now. It’ll still be pretty busy, but I think it’ll work better than what I had. We shall see.

Reading: I’m still reading The Navigator by Clive Cussler. It always takes me awhile to read his books because they’re long and detailed. Not that this is a complaint, mind you. It’s one of the things I love about them. That and hot, macho heroes who save the world in every book. :)

  1. You summed up last nights DWTS perfectly. I, too, think that it is time for Shannon Elizabeth to go home. She’s not getting any better, I think this is as good as she gets. Kristie and Marks Jive was AWESOME! Daughter and I were grinning the entire time.

Sorry to hear staying away from the computer isn’t helping. I hope you figure out a way to make it better soon.

Glad to hear though, that you have an ending for your Fantasy! WTG!

I’ll be enjoying NCIS tonight, thanks for the reminder.

I hope you have a pleasant day!
