My life is so dull. I live in Dullsville. I am the Queen of Dullsville. Dull, dull, dull. Of course, I suppose that’s better than some of the possible alternatives….. But still. I wish I had some baby chicks like Suzanne. That would be fun!
I have a new favorite song. Taylor Swift‘s new hit Picture to Burn. It’s a great Girl Power song.
And now it’s time for the Dancing with the Stars report!
This week, the dancers had to do two dances.
- Cristian de le Fuente & Cheryl – They did a lovely Viennese waltz for which they scored 25/30. But dureing their samba which was going fairly well, Cristian pulled a muscle in his arm which threw him off the rest of the dance. They scored 21/30 for it. So they got a total of 46/60 for the night. I fear it may be his last week.
- Shannon Elizabeth & Derek – They had the weirdest tango music which I hated. The judges seemed to like their dancing, though, because they scored 27/30. I couldn’t get past the music. And I also hated their mambo. She still can’t shake her hips like she should, though the judges apparently gave her a pass last night with 24/30. She did shake her hips at the beginning and end of the dance, but during the actual dancing part, I thought she sucked. Their total for the night was 51/60.
- Jason Taylor & Edyta – They did an awesome quickstep for which they scored 29/30. Their paso doble was very different but fun. They used the music from Monday Night Football and Edyta’s dress was in the Miami Dolphins colors (which is Jason’s team). They scored 26/30 for it which gave them a total of 55/60. They knocked
Kristi off her top spot for the first time.- Marissa Jaret Winokur & Tony – Their first dance was the tango which was smokin’! And the costumer dressed her in a good dress for a change! They scored 27/30. Then they danced the rumba which was lovely. They got 25/30 for it which gave them a total of 52/60.
- Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark – They did a beautiful Viennese waltz which netted them 26/30. Then they danced the cha cha which was great! The judges loved it except for Len aka Mr. Crankypants.
They scored 28/30 for it which gave them a total of 54/60.- Mario & Karina – Their first dance was the foxtrot which was not his best dance. They scored 24/30. Their mambo was rockin’, though. Even Mr. Crankypants liked it!
As far as I’m concerned, it’s time for Shannon to go home. It’s well past time for her to go. I don’t think she’s making any improvements and I find her annoying.
Tonight we have a new NCIS, the Dancing with the Stars results show with special musical guest Def Leppard
and the return of Womens Murder Club (yes, I know that should be possesive, but Amazon’s link thingy hates that).
I wrote another page last night. Actually a little over one page. Yay, me! LOL!
Reading: Real Murders by Charlaine Harris. This is the first of the Aurora Teagarden series which Ms. Harris wrote before her more popular Sookie Stackhouse series. The former is a straight mystery series. No vampires or werewolves in sight.

I have serious chick envy, I’m telling you.
Congrats on the page you wrote!

YAY! You wrote a page! WOOT! And I’ve been to Suzanne’s blog and seen the cute chicks. Aww….
I agree with you about Shannon Elizabeth. She’s just not improving and I’m trying to figure out why she’s still there. I thought the waltz that Kristie and Mark did was gorgeous, but the score was low. Their other dance was AWESOME!
The football them song? OMGosh that was hilarious!
I hear you, about living in Dullsville. *G*
Have a wonderful afternoon!
(YAY FOR TV TONIGHT!)

Can I be the Lady of Dullsville?

Seriously, somethings gotta give.
The chickens will be out of school in two weeks.
I am, however, considering getting another tattoo.
Way to go on the writing!

I heard about Christian’s cramped arm. They don’t have to dance tonight, so he should be okay, I hope.
Aren’t the little chicks cute.
Kudos on writing a little over one page.
I hear ya about living in Dullesville.

You know, I’ve enjoyed this season of Dancing with the Stars better than any other…just by reading your blog. And I haven’t had to even watch one episode of it!
