One side of my family is having a reunion in October and I found out on Thursday that a couple of my cousins I haven’t seen since the mid-1970s are coming from California! Cool!

Dru asked yesterday if Lost was another show that isn’t coming back in the fall. And the answer to that is no. Or rather, yes, it will be back. This is one show ABC seems to be fully behind. And I think they’ll stick with it since the producers of the show only plan for it to have a total of six seasons (this was the end of season four).

There’s absolutely nothing on tonight. So, more recorded show watching!

The great Room Redo has begun (at long last). Got my bed repositioned. Everything else is a mess right now. *g* And I totally forgot to take “before” pictures! I guess I could take some now…. I guess they’d be more “in progress” pictures. Provided I can get to my camera….

We’ve had another celebrity death. Yesterday, Harvey Korman passed away at age 81. I loved him on The Carol Burnett Show.

Tonight on TV, it’s Sci Fi Friday. The Sarah Jane Adventures, Doctor Who, and Battlestar Galactica.

Cool news item on CNN about an “uncontacted” tribe in the Amazon rain forest.

Okay, now I’m going to talk about last night’s season finale of Lost. Spoilers ahead, so proceed at your own peril. [»]

In entertainment news, it seems George Clooney is back on the market. He’s apparently split from his girlfriend. So pick a number and stand in line.

Well, tonight is the season finale of Lost. Rumor has it a bunch of people are going to die and I’m sure I’m going to pissed about who gets the axe. But they also say a bunch of questions will be answered. We shall see.

Mandy, don’t feel bad about the Neilson diary thing. I doubt one person/family would have made a difference. Given the way they’ve treated Men In Trees, I don’t think ABC was all that much behind the show in the first place.

Reading: Well, last night I read the final book in the series I’ve been reading, Murder on the Barbary Coast by Kate Bryan. By the way, Amy, this isn’t the same author as the one who writes YA books. Now I’m reading Diamond in the Buff by Susan Dunlap. She’s a new-to-me author and I’m not sure I’m going to really be very into this book. But we shall see. (Hmm. That must be my catch phrase for the day…..)
