So far today, I’ve “inherited” a total of $8.6 million. And the day isn’t over yet!

Tonight on TV, we have Survivor: Blindsided which is really more appropriate than “Backstabbers”, CSI (which was written by the writers from Two and a Half Men which should make it Highly Entertaining), Without a Trace, and Lost.

Wrote another half page last night. And it occurs to me I should mention this book involves crystal skulls. I had a fascination for them long before they started filming the latest Indiana Jones movie. As much as it pains me to admit, I first started this book 13 years ago. :confused68:

Reading: Last night I read What the Cat Dragged In by Gilbert Morris. This is the first book in another fun inspirational mystery series. It’s about a widow & her son who inherit a beach house but have to share it with the other heir who happens to be a very distant, very hot male relative. And they have to solve a murder before the cops railroad her son.

  1. I’ve read some Gilbert Morris before, his historical inspies, and like them… may have to try the series you’re reading.

Um… thirteen years on that story? Time to get busy, girl!

  2. I’m looking forward to CSI tonight. It should be a cool show.
Crustal Skulls are not just for Indiana Jones, and don’t feel bad about the time. You’re working on it NOW and that’s what counts.

Enjoy your book and have a good afternoon!

  4. I’m trying to imagine sitcom writers doing CSI. You’ll have to do a recap tomorrow please!

Yay on the writing. Keep it up!

  7. 13 years? I agree with Marianne: write, write, write (or dictate, dictate, dictate if your hands need a rest).

Watched the opening gambit for CSI, Husband asked me to pause while he put the kids to bed (we haven’t watched CSI in years)…it looks Very Promising so far.
