Let’s win!

Do you enter contests? I’ve been on a contest/sweepstakes kick this morning. Books, cars, TVs, DVDs, CDs, you name it! I want to win stuff! Lots of stuff! I’m greedy. :rofl:

Last night’s Dancing With the Stars went pretty much how I expected.

We said goodbye to Marissa Jaret Winokur. Now on to the finals next week! The kids had their dance final last night. They are SOOOO good!!! The last couple, and the oldest, were awesome!!! But it seems kind of unfair to me to put them up against the younger kids.

Good NCIS last night, too. I loved having a Jimmy-centric episode! He’s so cute. I was afraid he was going to get killed there at the end, so I’m glad the worst he got was a bloody nose. :) I still think Lauren Holly is the one leaving. She’s hardly been on there at all since the show returned after the writers’ strike.

Tonight, we have four hours of Ghost Hunters, Deal or No Deal, Secrets of the Dead (a show on PBS which is focussing on Atlantis), Criminal Minds, MythBusters, and CSI: NY. Whew!

I wrote about half a page last night.

Reading: I finished up Don’t Hex with Texas last night. I didn’t want to. Not because it wasn’t good, mind you, but because it was awesome and I didn’t want the story to end. It had a good conclusion, so if the final book is never published, I’ll live, but I’d still love to know what Shanna Swendson had in mind for the last book. I just love this series so much. More than pretty much anything I’ve ever read, I think. Which given I personally own almost 1400 books is saying something. Now I’m back to the library books which aren’t thrilling me so much. *sigh*

    I told Daughter that I was sure Marissa was going home, and she did! :(
    NCIS was good last night and specualtion is ripe on the IMDB boards, not to mention the CBS boards on who is leaving. (What? I’m nosey!)

    Yay on the writing. How’s your hand?

    I saw the kids danced and while the first two were cute, and you’re right, the older pair was awesome.

    I agree with you on Lauren Holly. She never really added to the show in my opinion.

    Does your library have the latest Carolyn Hart book? I think you’ll enjoy it.
