I sympathize very deeply about the noise issues - that is just awful! We have great neighbours now but once lived next to someone who played the drums all day, and once shared a party wall with a rap music fan who was, let us say, keen to share his musical tastes with us. I hope things get better for you very soon...

I will have to get hold of the William Desmond Taylor documentary - it sounds really good. It is amazing how many people tramped around contaminating the crime scene (and how much covering-up studios did for celebs). There is a site, you probably know about this, http://www.angelfire.com/az/Taylorology/ which is really thorough. I find Margaret Gibson really interesting as a suspect and overall.

Sorry to hear the yahoo's motorcycle is STILL a problem.
I'd heard that about old Hollywood and the Studios as well.
Also sorry to hear your hands are bothering you.

I hope you have a good day.
