Not a lot going on today. Itchy mosquito bites which I could so do without. What good purpose do mosquitoes serve, anyway? All they ever seem to do for me is bite and make me itch and blister up. Not my idea of a good time, let me tell you.

But on the plus side, tonight is the season premiere of Burn Notice!!!

Mandy, yeah, I love how Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, Mary Pickford and D. W. Griffith fought back against the big studios.

Hey, it’s raining!!! :whoo: We’ve been under near-drought conditions for two or three months now. I’m sure it won’t last long, but we’ll take whatever we can get.

Manged to eke out a couple of sentences on the murder mystery. I may have to take another break from this book. It’s like pulling teeth. *sigh*

Reading: Last night I read Edward Eager‘s The Time Garden and then started Magic or Not?.

  1. We’ve had this persistent mosquito in our house for two days now. It’s driving me bonkers!

  3. If I remember correctly mosquitos urge deer and other wildlife further up into the mountains during Summer months. Unfortunately they are awful to humans! *g*
YAY! Burn Notice is back! Next week is going to be awesome with all the other shows returning as well.

Sorry to hear about the “pulling teeth” with the Mystery. I hope it works out for you.

    Have a pleasant evening!
