Interesting archaeology story out of Mexico:
Portal to Maya Underworld Found in Mexico?
The remnants of Gustav have made it to our neck of the woods. So it’s rainy. And cooler.
The new modem arrived yesterday. Got that up and running, thank goodness. Next I need to add the new router to the mix. But one step at a time.
And we’ve had some deaths in Hollywood.
First, you probably won’t recognize his name, Don LaFontaine, but you’d recognize his voice. Don was the man who did all the movie trailer voiceovers. He was 68. “In a world” (his catch phrase) where movie trailers will never be the same.
And country singer turned actor, Jerry Reed has died from complications of emphysema. He was 71.
Tonight on TV, we have the two-hour season premiere of Bones!!!
Also, the return of the original Ghost Hunters and Destination Truth, and we also have a new MythBusters. TV’s getting busy again!
Got in another page of new stuff on the contemporary fantasy last night.
Reading: The Green Cameo Mystery by Frances K. Judd. I have one more book in this series to read. Not sure what I’ll read after that.
Good luck with adding the router. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you that it goes smoothly! I always hate doing that stuff.

Thanks for the article link!
Hope the new modem works!
Want to send some of the remnants of Gustav here? Wait, never mind, Hannah is supposed to hit this weekend. *sigh*
Good news on the contemporary! Hope you’re happy with it!
Have a good evening!

Bones, Bones, Bones!!!! ::squee::
What a great article on the Mayan temple. Interesting question about what came first, the myth or the temple.
Yay for progress on the story.
