Man, I was really down in the dumps yesterday. Sorry about that. Hopefully I’ll be more perky and amusing today. :)

Just for kicks I took an IQ test this morning. Probably should have waited for the caffeine to kick in, but what the heck? I was reading over on MySpace and this ad deal came up that said Paris Hilton’s IQ score was 120. I thought that seemed kind of high. *g* I mean, c’mon, until she did The Simple Life, the girl had never even heard of Walmart! To me, that’s pretty dumb. You don’t have to shop there to have heard of the place! I’ve never even seen a Neiman Marcus store, but I’ve sure heard of them! Anyway, so I took this test. And according to it my IQ is 125. Hah! Take that, Paris.

*giggle* You know you watch too much TV when you see a commercial for some product for keeping fruits & veggies fresh and your first thought upon seeing a bowl of rotten strawberries is “Ned from Pushing Daisies could solve that problem.” LOL!

Tonight on TV, we have Dancing with the Stars, Chuck, Heroes, and CSI: Miami. I guess I need to watch last week’s Chuck and Heroes…..

ETA: I discovered tonight is also the premiere of My Own Worst Enemy with Christian Slater. I’ll be checking that out too.

I’ll be back in the writing saddle tonight. I hope I can write bunches of pages. Or maybe even just three. *g*

Reading: I finished up The Fifth Elephant last night. The next book in the Discworld series is The Last Hero, but I don’t have that one. And Cohen the Barbarian isn’t one of my favorite characters, so I decided to skip ahead to The Truth which is the next book in the series.

  1. Oh, I would so have the same thought upon seeing rotten fruit.

  2. *HUGS*

Monday is a great TV night for the chickens and I. It’s all about finishing up homework and all that jazz for a lengthy vigil in the living room to watch the serialized lives of others.
    Sad, huh?
