The only thing on tonight are a myriad of holiday movies and a new special episode of Psych.
Reading: Now I’m reading a science fiction book titled Ancient Shores by Jack McDevitt. It’s about a farmer in North Dakota who digs up a 45′ boat that was buried in one of his fields. It turns out the boat is 10,000 years old and made from some unknown material. So how the heck did it end up in the farmer’s field?
I’m most thankful for my friends & family. I’m thankful for the Internet which allows me to keep touch with my far-flung friends & family. After dealing with my dad’s PC and Windows, I’m very thankful for my Mac. *g*
One thing I’m not thankful for is that McDonald’s commercial with the two chicks at some chi-chi coffee shop talking about McDonald’s new lattes. I am sick to death of it. I don’t drink coffee and could not possibly care less about McDonald’s coffee. And even if I did, I’d still think it’s a stupid commercial.
The only thing new on tonight is Survivor, so I’ll also be catching up on recorded stuff.
I’m taking a break from writing right now. I’m just not feeling it and as another friend pointed out, we’ve had a lot of stressful stuff going on around here and it’s no wonder I’m kind of burned out.
Reading: Still reading 1634: The Bavarian Crisis. It’s gotten better as it went along. I’m wishing I had the next book in the series in my hot little hands. But that’ll have to wait. Maybe I’ll get money for Christmas…
