Yesterday turned out not to be all that bad, thank goodness. Just very windy and rainy. And now it’s bright and sunny. But considerably cooler.
Stories in the news: a dispute over an 850-pound emerald.
And a guy who shot talkers at the movies. I’ve often felt like doing that.
I’m still dabbling with the family history. What a mess! I wish people would learn how to properly format stuff. Better yet, I wish they’d learn how to do research. *g*
Yet again a night with nothing on. Last night I tried to watch Children of Men with Clive Owen but I was bored beyond tears. Which is sad since it was supposed to be an action shoot ‘em up
type movie. Or so I thought. So I watched Gaudy Night instead.
Reading: Now I’m reading another of my Christmas presents. Vixen 03 by Clive Cussler. This time around, Dirk Pitt discovers an Air Force plane that crashed into a Colorado lake in the 1950s. The disappearance of the plane was covered up by the Air Force & Army because it was carrying radioactive materials. And now two of the containers are missing.

I know what you mean about the talkers at the movies.

That a guy shot someone is bad, but I can understand the motivation behind it! *G*
What exactly was Children of Men about, anyway? Wanna see action watch a Trasnporter movie. *G*
Good books are always the best way to spend time, I hope you’re enjoying yours!
Have a good evening!

Your blog has locked up my computer the last several days for some reason… I was a little afraid to try again today, but I missed you.
The guy with the movie talkers? Totally justified. Seriously.
Have a great day!

Wow, you guys must be really serious about your movies. I’ve been annoyed at talkers, but I couldn’t ever justify shooting someone over it. That just seems wrong on every kind of level.
We’ve got rain, too!

Talking is not the worst thing someone can do during a movie.
My mother snores during movies.
Just sayin’.
