1. Go to Wikipedia. Hit “random article” and the first article you get is the name of your band.
2. Then go to “Random Quotations” and the last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3. Then, go to Flickr and click on “Explore the Last Seven Days” and the third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4. Use Photoshop or some other image editor to add text.
5. Post a link to your band’s album cover!
Well, I couldn’t get my photo software to work, so I’ll just have to be without an album cover. But my band’s name is Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the album title is “That is Coffee”.
Semi-good news at the chiro yesterday. Starting next week, I get to scale back to twice a week. Yay!
Wacky weather continues. Thursday it was in the 70s. Right now? It’s snowing!
Here are some more pics of the ice storm aftermath (click on each picture to see it full-size):
Nothing on tonight except a show I’m going to record when it repeats called Shadow Force. It’s on History International and is about an elite private military group. Research! And I have officially given up Dollhouse. I lasted about five minutes in last night and couldn’t take it anymore.
Why are post titles so hard to come up with sometimes?
Anyhoo. It’s Friday. Another chiro day. Let’s all pray I don’t have to go next week, ‘kay?
Yesterday, my mom & I went out to my uncle’s farm (he doesn’t actually live there, but he still owns it) and took pictures of ice storm damage. Got some halfway decent shots, I think. People are so shocked at how much devastation there is. We’ve had workers who worked Hurricane Katrina (or lived through Katrina) up here who have said not including the houses/buildings that were blown down our ice storm damage was MUCH worse. Anyway, it had been a long time since I’d been out to the farm and it was a lovely warm day to go.
Today is cooler and Sunday they’re predicting snow! I mean, come on, Ma Nature! Make up your flippin’ mind!
Well, I had high hopes that i would be able to cut back on the chiro visits. No such luck. I have to go back on Friday. Maybe then I’ll get some good news.
Science fiction writer Philip Jose Farmer passed away yesterday at the age of 91. His most famous work was the Riverworld series.
So, last night’s Lost. Man, every time I almost start to like Ben he pulls some new stunt that makes me want to smack him silly. But what I’d like to know is did the island resurrect John? And if so, did it resurrect Christian too? Or are they more like ghosts?
