I always get a giggle out of Amazon‘s recommendations. The frequently have nothing to do with each other. Like today, for instance. I was recommended a pair of men’s socks because I’d added a water filter thiingy to my wish list. Am I supposed to use the socks in the filtration process? LOL!

Here’s a picture of the quilt top we found with the pattern we can’t identify (it’s not opened all the way, obviously):

We’ve seen the pattern before but neither one of us (Mom and I) have a clue what it’s called. Anybody? Beuller?

I finally found a Yahoo Group for fruit/canning jar collecting. I’m hoping they can answer some of my questions about ones we’ve found that are a mystery.

There isn’t a thing on tonight, so it’s back to recorded shows. The next to last episode of the season for Lost and yet more episodes of Criminal Minds and CSI: NY. I might watch an episode of The Unusuals but since it got canceled that seems kind of pointless.

Wrote a little over a page last night. :whoo:

Reading: Finished up A Knife to Remember and started Vampires in Vermont by Mark Sumner. Tabloid reporter Savannah McKinnon is back for another adventure.

  1. I don’t know anything about quilts, but that quilt top is beautiful! There’s a Yahoo group for canning? Amazon sent me an email today for fitflops. Um, no thanks. WOO-HOO on the writing last night!
I hope you have a good day and find the name of that quilt!

  2. I love the design of your aunt’s quilt. There are a couple of quilting sites that you can query. Visit http://quilting.about.com/ and maybe someone there on their forum board can help.
