I usually cut off my TV and movie tidbits at 1960. But I thought it was worth mentioning that on this date in 1981, MTV debuted with The Buggles‘ song Video Killed the Radio Star. And just to make me feel really old, the lead singer of Def Leppard, the hottie Joe Elliott, is celebrating his 50th birthday today. How did that happen?! 
That’s about it for me today. I’ve had next to no sleep thanks to some noisy people this morning at 8:00. Don’t they realize people might like to, y’know, actually sleep in on Saturday? Maybe they were pissed they had to work so wanted to make sure everybody else was awake too. 
No matter the reason. I was forced to take a nap before noon! How sad is that?
The only thing on tonight is Being Human which I’ll be recording later tonight so I can watch some recorded shows earlier.
Did more revisions last night. Played a bit with the new story.
Reading: Now I’m reading The Trouble With Magic by Madelyn Alt. This is the first book in her Bewitching Mysteries series. Wish I’d read it first instead of the second book. *g*
Chris just watched that video on youtube the other night. The kids thought it was “weird”. *G* I hope you are able to rest today and enjoy your book!

I remember when that song came out. It’s very sadly true!
I’m a VERY early riser, so I’m sometimes the one making the too early noise on my street. I’ve already been up for hours by 8 o’clock, lol. I’m probably getting up when you’re going to bed!
