On this date in 1913, Charlie Chaplin made his film debut in the comedy short Making a Living.

Not a lot going on here. The sun came out. :cheer: The only thing on tonight it the new show on ABC called Find My Family. I may watch it. It’s heartwarming. :)

Wrote about a page last night.

Reading: Got to the library this morning so first up is Edge of Fear by Cherry Adair. Though what I really want to start with is Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters. So Cherry may have to wait. *g*

On this date in 1922, the tomb of Tutankhamun (more commonly known as King Tut—and, no, he wasn’t really born in Arizona  ) was opened to the public.

Movie choreographer Busby Berkeley was born on this date in 1895.

It was supposed to be rainy today. But the sun’s just come out. Yay!

Lots of Christmas movies on tonight. And I must watch Blackadder’s Christmas Carol because it’s such a hoot. Also we have Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

Reading: I’m re-reading Once a Thief by Suzann Ledbetter. Chubby middle-aged home stage professional Ramey Burke answers her door one day to find her uncles and aunt who’ve recently been released from prison standing on her front porch. The Other Dillinger Gang, as they were known, needs a place to live and Ramey’s house is it. Which is fine and dandy until the day a dead body shows up in Ramey’s front yard. This is a cute funny mystery with romantic overtones. :)

Remember that old show Mr. Nimoy hosted? They were always looking for weird and mysterious crap. UFOs, Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, ancient astronauts. Me? I was just in search of a title for this blog post. LOL!

The sun is shining today and it’s supposed to get into the 60s. :whoo:

Not a lot going on here. Christmas movies to record. 80s music to bop to. (Yes, I know that isn’t good grammar.) Zombies to find. But, y’know, aside from all that it’s pretty quiet here.

Sometime today I’ll be weeding through my book collection and looking for donations for the library. I need more space. If I had my dream house I’d have my own library for all the books I ever wanted. It would probably rival the Library of Congress.

Wrote a little over a page last night.

Reading: Re-reading Death of an Adept which is the last in this series. I’ve been hoping for more ever since but since it was written 13 years ago, I’m thinking I’m out of luck on that count. *g*
