The sun is shining brightly and the snow is melting. It’s still got a long way to go, though. And I suspect the roads will be nasty again tonight as soon as it gets colder and refreezes.

Tonight on TV, we have the usual EM:HE and part two of Emma on Masterpiece Classic.
Reading: Now I’m reading Touched By Light by Catherine Spangler. She’s a new-to-me author. The book is quite good but it’s another case of the cover bearing no resemblance to the story whatsoever. What’s up with that? At least it bears no resemblance to anything I’ve read so far and since it’s set in Houston & San Antonio and the cover looks vaguely European, I’m kind of baffled. Guess I shouldn’t be since there seem to be a lot of covers out there that appear to have nothing whatsoever to do with the actual story. *g*
I had one cover so disconnected to the content of my book that I cried when I saw it. Publisher loved it, though.

The cover looks like there’s a castle of some kind in the background. Weird. I’ve read a couple of books like that before, where the cover is totally different than anything in the book. Then again, a cover can keep me from reading a book, too. Today was a good day for the entertainment industry as far as birthdays go. *G*

We are the one place in the country not having a winter. I really want some snow!
Bummer, I missed Emma. And I was even in the living room doing crafts but didn’t have the TV on!
