We’re under a winter weather warning through tomorrow night. The local yokel says we could get another ice storm. But the gang at the Weather Channel says snow and sleet. Guess which people I love more? *g*
the season premiere of Psych (which has the misfortune to be put up against Leverage, so you know which one will get recorded)
Since I keep talking about it, here’s the Phantom of the Opera free skate of Meryl Davis & Charlie White. This performance isn’t from the U.S. Nationals, but some other competition, however.
Although I have to say, watching it via YouTube doesn’t really do it justice.
Read through about 20 pages on the Greek Gods book yesterday. It’s actually pretty good. I know I’m probably my own worst critic but I really like quite a lot of what I’ve written. I do need to layer in more description, though. Dialogue is my strong suit. Description… is not.
Reading: Now I’m re-reading Corpse Pose by Diana Killian. I wanted to refresh myself on the story thus far before I started the next book in the series.
This excuse cracked me up because it’s one I use ALL THE TIME!!!
Not a lot going on here. The sun is shining which makes me happy. But they’re still talking sub-freezing temps and winter precipitation by the end of the week.
I just learned Pernell Roberts who played Adam Cartwright on Bonanza passed away Sunday. He was 81. And he rounds out our three.
Paranormal Cops (haven’t watched this show yet, so I’m not sure if there are hotties on it or not…)
and a repeat of last season’s finale of Lost (hot men show #5)
In other words, it’s a night of hot men on TV.
I’ve made a decision regarding the zombie/steampunk book. It isn’t working the way I want so I’m going to take a break from it and return to the Greek Gods book. My writing group has been not so gently nagging me to finish it and send it out into the world.
Reading: Finished up Too Hot to Hold last night. Well, this morning actually. It was about 4:30 by the time I turned out the light. *g* The book totally rocked!!! I love Steph’s books so much!
