Well, there’s an excuse that might be hard to use at work! LOL!

The weather here is still Gloomy Central. They’re talking rain, snow, and a wintry mix. I’m so over all three. Can I have my sun back, please and thank you!

Got a few things in Hollywood history today:

  • actor John Carradine was born in 1906 (he’s the father of David, Keith and Robert but was an actor in his own right)
  • actor Red Buttons was born in 1919
  • also in 1919, actors Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford, and Douglas Fairbanks along with director D. W. Griffith launched their production company United Artists (UA later became one of the largest, and best known, movie studios in Hollywood)
  • Not a lot worth mentioning on TV tonight except a Ghost Adventures rerun and a new episode of Caprica which I’m still reserving judgment on.

Did some more tweaking on the Greek gods book last night.

Reading: Still reading Night Probe! which I should finish up tonight, I think.

    1. We were supposed to have a mix of sleet and rain, but it swept in earlier than expected and is just rain. I want some snow, darnit! At it IS gloomy. Bleh.

Hope the Greek Gods book is going well.

      Enjoy your day!

    2. Another show I couldn’t get into was Caprica.

Snow was supposed to start at 6pm – I don’t see any.
