Hey, that’s an excuse I could use today!
Oh, I have a correction to make. Today is Lon Chaney Jr‘s birthday. Not yesterday. I had my days mixed up.
So, news out of Hollywood says Katherine Heigl has been cast as Stephanie Plum in the movie version of Janet Evanovich‘s book One for the Money. The general public consensus (with at least one exception I’m aware of – *waving at Amy*) seems to be this was a dreadful decision. She’s too blonde, she’s too skinny. And I’ve never been a fan of hers.
On TV tonight, it’s a busy night!
Whew!
More tweaking on the Greek gods book last night.
Reading: Finished up Howl Deadly last night which was very cute. Kendra’s fun and her boyfriend Dante is hot hot hot. *fanning* Not sure what’s next on my reading agenda.

Whoever made the decision to have Katherine Heigel play Stephanie Plum should be fired. She DOES NOT fit the role. At all. *sigh* As much as I love the Plum books, I won’t go see the movie with her in it.
Glad to hear you’re still working on the Greek Gods book! Hope things with it are going well.
I also hope you’re having a sunny day!

She’s not a good choice to play Stephanie.
Snow is still falling. I’m trying to find out how much Brooklyn has received. My guess is 10 inches.

Okay, wait. I didn’t know there was going to be a movie version. My sister, Beth and I use to try and cast all the characters in hopes that there would be a movie.
As far as Katherine Heigl goes, I really like her and I think she can probably pull it off. Maybe she’ll put on a few pounds for the role. Who knows. Who would you have cast for Stephanie’s part? I have a few ideas of my own!

I don’t read the Stephanie Plum books (never really liked them… I know, I’m in the minority), but the one I DID read makes it very clear it was a bad choice.
Guess we’ll have to see if she changes herself for the role.
