I’m not but I probably should be.
So. First off, let’s talk DWTS, shall we?
- Each couple had to learn two new dances which was kind of disastrous for some.
- They did that one decade for one of each couples’ dances which may be great in theory, but doesn’t really work that well in application.
- Chad & Cheryl had the tango first. He wanted to get a 10. He was disappointed. The musical selection sucked for the tango, plus Cheryl’s dress was distracting. To top it off, his technique wasn’t that great either. Their second dance was supposed to be in the style of the ’60s. But Chad’s outfit looked more like a ’70s pimp. And shouldn’t Cheryl’s boots have been go-go boots? Not thigh high boots? The dance wasn’t that great either, IMO.
- Niecy & Louis’ Viennese waltz was lovely, I thought. But Sonny and Cher‘s I Got You, Babe would never have made my list of waltz songs. LOL! Their second dance was a 1990s paso doble. Unfortunately, it so totally did not work.
- Erin & Maks’ first dance was the Argentine tango. It ROCKED!!! Len gave them a 10!!!
Their second dance was a 1980s rumba. Maks ignored the whole “in the style of” thing and they just dressed 1980s style. *g* And apparently the two of them really do have a romance going on.
- Evan & Anna’s first dance was the waltz. I didn’t think it was his best dance, unfortunately. Their second dance was a futuristic cha cha. During practice Evan was doing a lot of robotic voices. He’s so adorably dorky. He might have trouble with a real cha cha but they danced it like robots so his stiffness worked in his favor.
- Nicole & Derek’s first dance was the foxtrot. I loved it so much I could watch it for hours!!! And that they danced to Michael Buble‘s Haven’t Met You Yet didn’t hurt. Their second dance was a 1950s paso doble which sounds like it would never work in a million years. I should have more faith in Derek. Because it totally ROCKED!!!!. Carrie Ann’s response was worth the price of admission. *g* Nicole finally got her first perfect score.
Tonight we have NCIS, the DWTS results show, NCIS: Los Angeles, Lost, and Deadliest Warrior.
Reading: Finally finished up Good Omens. Not sure what’s up next.

Mak and Erin do? Wow
I have to find Nicole’s foxtrut.
