Oh, that would be Really Bad if it was true. Really, really bad. :coffee2:

So, at long last ABC has released the cast of the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars. This season’s losers contestants include:

  • Bristol Palin (daughter of Sarah Palin and newsmaker in her own right)

I thought last season was the Lamest Season Ever, but this one looks to at least tie with that title.

Tonight, the president’s giving a speech which I will be avoiding like the plague. Unfortunately, it’s going to make Wipeout come on fifteen minutes late. Also on tonight (but not affected by the prez) are Warehouse 13 and White Collar.

Reading: Finished up The Red House Mystery and started an old (but new to me) children’s adventure series with Tom Swift and His Motor-Cycle by Victor Appleton. This is the first book in the series and was written in 1910. Tom is the son of an inventor and from what I gather some of the books have a bit of a steampunk feel to them. :)

Yeah, and he’s a big fat liar.

We got some rain yesterday! Amazing! And we may get more today. But mostly it’s just overcast. Oh! It’s raining, sort of, now. It isn’t as hot, thank goodness, but it’s still very humid.

Today in history:

Tonight on TV, we have a new episode of Rizzoli and Isles.

Read through about 25 pages last night on the Greek gods book.

Reading: I’m about halfway through The Red House Mystery.

I’ve got absolutely nothing today. Nada. Zip. Zilch. (What’s new about that? you say. LOL!!!) However, my alter ego has a new blog post up today.

Tonight on TV, we have a new episode of Leverage and a new Inspector Lewis.

Read through more of the Greek gods book last night. I’m slowly getting back into the groove. :)

Reading: Finished up Deep Six and now I’m re-reading The Red House Mystery by A. A. Milne. Yes, a murder mystery written by the creator of Winnie-the-Pooh. It’s the only one he ever wrote which is a shame because it’s a classic.
