Maybe it’s just me but that sounds like a real suck-up excuse. LOL!
Oh, hey! They’re saying the Dollar General store should be open in a couple of weeks! I wonder if they’ll have a big Grand Opening shindig?
We have new episodes of Ghost Hunters and Psych. And also two new episodes of a show called Sci Fi Science which I want to see.
Read through 20 pages last night and 18 the night before which I forgot to mention. *g*
Reading: Finished up Tom Swift and His Motorcycle and have moved on to book #2, Tom Swift and His Motor Boat. One thing about these books, they’re not even remotely politically correct which is somewhat uncomfortable, but they’re normal for the time, I suppose. I’m glad we’ve moved beyond the racial absurdities of the time. Well, aside from the whackjobs who still want to keep stirring the pot. But we’ll not discuss that here. 
Political correctness is a good thing, until it begins going too far.
I don’t know about a shindig, but maybe they’ll have a big sale?

I watched some sort of ghost hunter thing the other night, but I don’t think it was called Ghost Hunters. I thought it was pretty interesting, though sometimes I couldn’t see what they were trying to point out. My husband kept rolling his eyes. He is so not a believer in ghosts! Whatever! When one bites him in the arse, he’ll be a believer then, huh?
